Meet the Founder
Thomas Manglaviti
Thomas is an experienced real estate investment professional with a focus on acquiring, improving, and operating multifamily assets across the Southeast United States.
Prior to founding IronOak, Thomas served as Director of Acquisitions at Sureste Properties, where he led the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of over $280 million in multifamily transactions encompassing more than 3,700 units.
Thomas holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Business Management from Providence College, giving him a strong foundation in both the analytical and strategic sides of real estate investing.
He believes multifamily real estate is one of the most resilient paths to building long-term wealth and is committed to providing institutional-quality investment opportunities to accredited investors.
